Del Professore Pickled Vermouth, born in collaboration with Marian Beke of The Gibson bar in London, is a unique product, out of the box and therefore surprising. Aromatic and fruity wines blend with unusual spices and aromatic herbs, giving life to an original demi-sec Vermouth which combines the centuries-old Piedmontese craftsmanship with the millenary culture of the “pickles” and above all with the creativity and inspiration of one of the most fanciful bartenders on the world scene.

The Gibson Pickled Vermouth is fresh and fruity on the nose, with light notes of dill and laurel leaf, then explodes on the palate with hints of coriander, absinthe, Jamaican allspice, cubeb, clary sage and red thyme which give a unique, full flavor, with a refreshing citrus finish, enriched with a persistent grapefruit note.
